Resolution 10591 RESOLUTION NO. 10591
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that TEMPLE EMANU-EL desires to lease
the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium for
the purpose of HIGH HOLIDAY SERVICES on September 28, 29, 30,
October 7, October 8, 1962; September 18, September 19, September 20,
September 27, September 28, 1963; September 6, September 7, Sept. 8,
September 15, September 16, 1964; September 26, September 27,
September 28, October 5, October 6, 1965, and
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to form by
the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement
and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and
that the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and pro-
visions undertaken therein by the City.
