Resolution 10601 RESOLUTION NO. 10601
WHEREAS, the food, beverage and beach equipment concession
on the public beach at the easterly end of 17th Street and 18th
Street has heretofore been awarded to T & T Operating Company. , Inc . ,
and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
covering the terms and conditions of said concession with the
terms of which said agreement the City Council is familiar,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2d day of August, A.D. , 1961 .
