Resolution 10644 RESOLUTION NO. 10644
WHEREAS the Greater Miami Hebrew Academy, a Florida
non-profit corporation, has requested the City of Miami Beach to
grant unto it certain easements for ingress and egress to that
certain parcel of land heretofore conveyed by the City of Miami
Beach to the said Greater Miami Hebrew Academy, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to the best interest of the citizens and residents of
the City of Miami Beach that said easements be granted upon the
condition that said easements shall be subordinate to the
paramount rights of the City to install and maintain such public
utilities and public service installations as may now or hereafter
be required, and upon the further condition that the cost of
removal or relocation of any existing utilities, if any, necessitated
by this grant shall be borne by the Grantee, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate
Grant of Easements setting forth legal description of the parcels
of land involved, together with the aforesaid conditions, and the
City Council being familiar with all the terms and provisions of
said grant
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby duly authorized and directed to
execute and deliver said grant in such form as to permit the same
to be filed in the public records of Dade County, Florida.
