Resolution 10656 RESOLUTION NO. 10656
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach heretofore conveyed
certain land to the Greater Miami Hebrew Academy, and
WHEREAS the City reserved unto itself an Option to
Repurchase said property under certain conditions, and
WHEREAS the Greater Miami Hebrew Academy has requested
the City to subordinate said Option to Repurchase to the lien of a
certain described mortgage, and
WHEREAS said request is in accordance with the intent
and purpose of said conveyance, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
deems it to be in the best interests of the City and in its
inhabitants that said request be granted, and
WHEREAS a proper and suitable agreement of subordination
has been prepared, the terms of which are familiar to the City
Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver
said subordination agreement for and in the name of the City of
Miami Beach.
