Resolution 10661 RESOLUTION NO. 10661
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , so
as to permit the same service facilities and accessory uses in
apartment houses with 100 or more units as are now permitted
in hotels with 100 or more guest rooms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 17th day of
January, 1962, at 2: 00 o 'clock P.M. , in the Council Chambers,
in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 1961.
