RESOLUTION NO. 10676
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, at
meetings held on the dates hereinafter set forth, did appropriate the following sums
from Unappropriated Current Funds of the General Fund of the City of Miami Beach for
improvements and extensions of the Metered Parking System, as follows:

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach at a meeting
held on the date hereinafter set forth did appropriate the following sum from
Unappropriated Current Funds of the General Fund of the City of Miami Beach for
Renewals and Replacements to the Metered Parking System, as follows:

10/5/60 For Asphaltic Concrete wearing surface for
various Municipal Parking Areas $ 4, 180.00
and,
WHEREAS, expenditures have been duly made in accordance with said
appropriations, and,
WHEREAS, the following charges representing excess of cost over
appropriations (based on estimated cost) , are due from the Renewal and Replacement Fund
of the Metered Parking System - $ 793.67
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Depository, Miami Beach First National Bank, be and it
is hereby directed, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 7127 and Resolution
No. 9651 , Section 4, to transfer said balance of $233,847.18 from the Surplus Revenues
Fund of the Metered Parking System, and $4,973.67 from the Renewal and Replacement Fund
of the Metered Parking System to the City of Miami Beach Miscellaneous Fund Account as
and for reimbursement to the City for funds expended by the City, from its General Fund,
for said improvements and extensions of the Metered Parking System, as hereinabove set
forth, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this resolution
be transmitted forthwith to the Miami Beach First National Bank of Miami Beach, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20thday of December, A.D. 1961 .
