The City Council of Miami Beach, with deep sorrow, records
the untimely passing of Andrew E. Kelpsh; and, further
It wishes to take particular cognizance of his lasting contribu-
tion to the progress and development of Miami Beach as a long
and most valued member of the Engineering Department of our
City,
His personal charm was interwoven with quiet strength, ability
and fineness of feeling for his friends and fellow workers.
All who knew him will miss him.
To his wife is extended our sincerest sympathy and the hope
that our recognition and appreciation of his 38 years of valued
devotion to his duty may in some measure lighten her bereavement.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd Day of January, A.D. 1962.
