RESOLUTION NO. 10688
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that the UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI desires to lease
the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Convention Hall
for the purpose of a University of Miami Symphony Concert with
Jack Benny on February 20th, 1962; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Audit-
orium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to form by the
City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is familiar
with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement and deems
it to be for the best interest of the City to authorii7 the
execution of the said lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to excutezath6
above described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions under-
taken therein by the City.
