Resolution 10711 RESOLUTION NO. 10711
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof, so as to exclude from the "BAA"
Business District and to include in the "BB" Business District,
as said districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance,
and in an appropriate Area District as said districts are defined
in said ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lot 11 less the easterly 10 feet thereof, and Lot 2 ,
Block 16, Normandy Beach South, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 21 at page 54 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
AND
To amend said ordinance so as to exclude from the "BA"
Business District and to include in the "BB" Business District,
as said districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance, and
in an appropriate Area District as said districts are defined in
said ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
Lot 12 less the easterly 10 feet thereof, and Lot 1,
Block 16, Normandy Beach South, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 21 at page 54 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the same
is hereby called to be held on the 4th day of April, 1962 , at
11:00 o'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time, place and
object of said hearing by public notice thereof, published in the
Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said
City.
