RESOLUTION NO. 10723
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised by the County Manager of Dade County that
Dade County is considering making provisions in its 1962-1963
budget for the cost of construction of a public health center
in the City of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS the County Manager has requested that the City
of Miami Beach pledge itself to provide a site upon which to
construct said public health center,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the construction of
such public health center is of vital importance to the citizens
of the City of Miami Beach and thereforOpledges itself to
furnish the site therefor as requested, and urges that Dade
County proceed to construct said center with all possible speed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1962.
