Resolution 10724 RESOLUTION NO. 10724
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1396,
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, did on the
29th day of January, 1962 , find and declare the existence of
a public emergency relating to the transportation needs of
the residents of the City of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, City Council now finds and determines that said
public emergency has terminated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 10689,
passed and adopted on the 29th day of January, 1962 , be and
the same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 1962 .
