Resolution 10727 • RESOLUTION NO. 10727
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolution No. 10602 , passed and adopted on the
2nd day of August, 1961, ordered the construction of Sidewalk
Improvement SK-258, and
WHEREAS, said improvement has been abandoned,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolution No. 10602 ,
passed and adopted on August 2 , 1961, ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-258, be and the same is hereby rescinded and
repealed.
PASSED and Adopted this 30th day of March, 1962 .
