Resolution 10729 RESOLUTION NO. 10729
WHEREAS, the agreement by and between City of Miami Beach
and Irving Ducoff whereby the said Irving Ducoff agreed to
render service to the City as an Assistant Auditorium and
Convention Hall Manager shall expire on April 15, 1962, and
WHEREAS, said parties desire to extend and renew said
agreement for an additional one year period ending April 15,
1963, upon the same terms and conditions as heretofore agreed,
except that such renewal agreement shall provide for a total
annual compensation to be paid by the City of $9, 100 .00, rep-
resenting an increase of $50 .00 on each monthly payment, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an extension and
renewal agreement, the terms of which are familiar to the City
Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach
and the appropriate financial and disbursing officials of the
City of Miami Beach be and they are hereby directed to pay
and disburse the sum or sums to the said Irving Ducoff as
specified and set forth in said agreement .
