Resolution 10730 RESOLUTION NO. 10730
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk and Inspectors
who conducted the Primary Election held on March 20, 1962 , for
the purpose of nominating two candidates to be placed on the
ballot at an election held on March 27, 1962 , for the purpose of
selecting a Regular member from Group 3 of City Employees to
serve on the Personnel Board; and
WHEREAS, there has also been submitted the Certificate of
the Clerk and Inspectors who conducted said Election held on
March 27, 1962 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it does hereby adopt the
said Certificate as the result of said Election held on March 27,
1962 , and does hereby declare Kay Connor to be elected to the
Personnel Board to represent City Employees in Group 3 .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1962 .
