Resolution 10732 RESOLUTION NO. 10732
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
considering amending that portion of Section 8, Ordinance
No. 289, being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach
reading as follows, to wit:
"17 . Self-service Laundries: Provided only domestic
type dryers, having a capacity per unit not
exceeding 32 pounds of dry clothing, are used,
and the machines shall be screened from the
street by a reception room, office space, or
other suitable means, so that the machines
shall not be in view of the public. (1413) "
So that the same shall read as follows:
17 . Self-service Laundries: Provided only domestic
type dryers, having a capacity per unit not
exceeding 32 pounds of dry clothing, are used.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 6th day of June, 1962,
at 11:00 o ' clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
