Resolution 10739 RESOLUTION NO. 10739
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of November, 1960, the City
of Miami Beach recovered a judgment for costs in a case pending
in the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, being Case No. 59L
3171-B, in which said City was opposed by Madeline D. Irwin and
John P. Irwin, her husband, said judgment being recorded in
Official Records Book 2375, page 41 of the public records of
Dade County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, there has now been tendered to said City the
sum of $49. 00 in full satisfaction of said judgment for costs,
with a request for a satisfaction of said judgment; and
WHEREAS, there has been prepared and submitted to the
City Council of said City a satisfaction of said judgment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute in. the name of and on behalf of said City a satisfaction
of the judgment hereinbefore described.
