Resolution 10747 RESOLUTION NO. 10747
WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice calling for sealed
proposals for the exclusive right to operate a food and bev-
erage, pro-shop and golf instruction concession; driving range;
and the hand and motor cart concession at Bayshore Golf Course,
said proposals have been duly received, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
duly found and determined that the acceptance of the proposal
of Al Grossman is for the best interests of the City and its
residents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the said proposal is hereby
accepted and the City Attorney be and he is hereby directed
to prepare an appropriate agreement setting forth the speci-
fications governing the conduct and operation of said con-
cession, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of
the City.
