Resolution 10750 RESOLUTION NO. 10750
WHEREAS, an existing agreement between the City of Miami
Beach and Raymond Baker provides for the latter ' s compensation
as an Assistant Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager, and
WHEREAS, in consideration of additional responsibilities
performed and agreed to be performed by the said Raymond Baker,
the parties have agreed that said agreement shall be so modi-
fied as to provide for an increase of compensation to be paid
the said Raymond Baker in the amount of $600 .00 per annum,
payable in twelve equal monthly installments of $50 .00, said
additional $50 .00 monthly installments to be paid beginning
as of March 14, 1962, and to continue to be paid until the
expiration of said existing agreement, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate
agreement in accordance with the foregoing,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and in behalf of the City of Miami Beach and the
appropriate financial and disbursing officials of the City of
Miami Beach be and they are hereby directed to pay and disburse
the additional sum or sums to the said Raymond Baker as specified
and set forth in said agreement .
