Resolution 10770 RESOLUTION NO. 10770
WHEREAS, Bimini Run, Ltd. , the lessee of certain dockage
space at the property commonly known as the City Shops, has
requested the City Council to agree to certain amendments to
the existing lease between the City and said Lessee, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has advised the City Council
of his recommendations upon said proposed amendments, and
WHEREAS, the City Councilfinds that the interests of
the City and residents will be best served by adopting the
recommendations of the City Manager favoring certain proposed
amendments, and
WHEREAS, an Amended Lease Agreement has been prepared
by the City Attorney in accordance with the recommendations
of the City Manager as approved by the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby duly directed and authorized to execute
the said amended lease for and in the name of the City of
Miami Beach.
