Resolution 10772 RESOLUTION NO. 10772 WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been advised that COLUMBIA FESTIVALS, INC. desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium for the purpose of New York Philharmonic with Leonard Bernstein on February 21, 1963 and February 23 , 1963 , and WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney, and WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize the execution of the said lease agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
