Resolution 10786 RESOLUTION NO. 10786
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Zoning Ordinance No. 289
commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida" so as to create a new Area District pro-
viding for a front yard of one hundred and forty (140) feet,
measured westwardly from the bulkhead line established in
Section 12.11 .7 of "The Code of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, 1950" and to include in such new Area District all
of the following described real estate, to wit :
Block 8 and Block 9, of Altos Del Mar No. 1,
according to Plat Book 4, page 157 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
or such portions, or parcels, thereof, or lots in said real
estate as the City Council may determine to be appropriate
and further to provide that no building or structure may be
constructed or erected in such new Area District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 1st day of
August, 1962, at 11:00 o ' clock A.M. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of
said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
