RESOLUTION NO. 10798
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the City
of Miami Beach that certain agreement with the County of Dade,
the provisions of which agreement are familiar to the City
Council, pertaining to the inspeccioii of motor vehicles, for
and on behalf of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of August , 1962.
