Resolution 10807 RESOLUTION NO. 10807
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that LINCOLN-MERCURY DIVISION OF
FORD MOTOR COMPANY
desires to leaselthe premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Auditorium and Convention Hall for the purpose of setup, meeting,
stage show, car display and luncheon
on September 12 and 13, 1962 - Miami Beach Auditorium
September 12 and 13 , 1962 - Miami Beach Convention Hall
, and
/WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to form by
the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease agreemen
and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of the said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and
that the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
