Resolution 10811 RESOLUTION NO, 10811
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the reasonable needs
of the residents and citizens of the City of Miami
Beach include and require the establishment and
maintenance of a branch office and/or station of
the Florida Highway Patrol for the purpose of giving
examinations for automobile operators ' licenses, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified
copy of this Resolution be delivered to the Governor
of the State of Florida, ex officio Chairman of the
Executive Board of the Department of Public Safety,
Tallahassee, Florida, and that he be respectfully
urged to use his best offices to secure the establish-
ment of such branch office and/or station in the
City of Miami Beach with all reasonable dispatch.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of September,
1962.
