Resolution 10812 RESOLUTION NO. 10812
WHEREAS, the owners of the hereinafter described parcel
of land situate in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to wit :
"Lots 20, 21 and 22, Amended Plat INDIAN
BEACH CORPORATION'S SUBDIVISION, Plat
Book 8, Page 61, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida"
have, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida", requested that said ordinance be amended so as to
permit the use of said land for the purpose of using the same
for the service facilities permitted in hotels of one hundred
or more guest rooms in accordance with the provisions applicable
to the "RE" Multiple-Family Use District as set forth in
Section 5, Paragraph 4 of said Ordinance No. 289;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing for the
purpose of considering said amendment to said ordinance is
hereby called commencing at the hour of 11 :00 o ' clock A. M.
on the 3rd day of October, 1962.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City .
