Resolution 10822 RESOLUTION NO. 10822
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Miami Beach
Employees ' Retirement System is entering into an agreement
with Gulf Life Insurance Company of Jacksonville, Florida,
to provide group hospitalization and life insurance for
officers and employees of the City of Miami Beach, and the
City Council having been made familiar with the terms,
conditions and actuarial rates thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said agreement for
said insurance be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of September, 1962 .
