Resolution 10825 RESOLUTION NO. _10825
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that that certain City of Miami Beach account
designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium and Convention
Hall Trust Account" now in the Mercantile National Bank of
Miami Beach be and the same is hereby directed to be trans-
ferred to the Bank of Miami Beach, and the proper officials
of the said Banks and of said City are hereby directed and
authorized to effectuate said transfer.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October , 1962.
