Resolution 10830 RESOLUTION NO. 10830
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that it strongly disapproves the
lack of notice and public hearing by the Metropolitan
Transit Authority prior to the doubling of fares for
school children and that the Metropolitan Dade County
Commission and/or the Metropolitan Transit Authority
be and they are hereby urged to restore the traditional
five cents fare for school children forthwith.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of October , 1962.
