Resolution 10832 RESOLUTION NO. 10832
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and it is
hereby called to be held on the 7th day of November, 1962
at 2 :00 o' clock P.M. , in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of amending Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida" , and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, so as to place all parcels of land in the
City of Miami Beach in Parking District No. 3, or such
parcels thereof as the City Council may deem suitable for
inclusion in such District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper
of general circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1962 .
