Resolution 10833 RESOLUTION NO. 10833
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and it is
hereby called to be held on the 7th day of November, 1962
at 2 : 30 o' clock P.M. , in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of amending Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami
Beach, Florida" , and the maps attached thereto and made a
part thereof, so as to create an appropriate Height District
limiting all buildings to a maximum height of eight (8)
stories or ninety (90) feet, and to include in said Height
District all parcels of land in the City of Miami Beach,
or those parcels that may be deemed by the City Council to
be suitable and appropriate for inclusion in such Height
District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper
of general circulation in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 10th day of October, 1962 .
