RESOLUTION NO. 10834
WHEREAS, it is estimated that as of January 1 , 1963
there will be in the Reserve Account of the Bond and Interest
Redemption Fund of the City of Miami Beach Metered Parking System
the sum of $345,789.41 , of which sum $135,789.41 is required by
the provision of RESOLUTION NO. 7127 and RESOLUTION NO. 9651 to
be expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking Revenue
Bonds, Series 1958, in advance of maturity, and
WHEREAS, it was set forth in RESOLUTION NO. 10805, that
the estimated sum of $168,279.74 was available in the Surplus
Revenue Fund of the City of Miami Beach Metered Parking System
to be expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking
Revenue Bonds, Series 1958, in advance of maturity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the sum of $304,069.15 be
expended for the redemption and retirement of Parking Revenue
Bonds, Series 1958 in accordance with the provisions of RESOLUTION
NO. 7137 and RESOLUTION NO. 9651 , and to the extent that the said
sum permits, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Miami Beach First National Bank
of Miami Beach, Florida, the Depositary designated in said RESOLUTION,
be and it is hereby authorized and directed, in accordance with the
provision of RESOLUTION NO. 7127 and RESOLUTION NO. 9651 , to call
for redemption and to thereafter redeem and retire such number of
Parking Revenue Bonds, Series 1958, as said sum of $304,069.15
permits, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this
RESOLUTION be transmitted to the Depositary, the Miami Beach First
National Bank of Miami Beach, Florida, as sufficient evidence of
4 the full and complete authority to so act in the premises.
