Resolution 10837 RESOLUTION NO. 10837
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida", and
the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, so as to
exclude from the "RE" use classification and to include in
the "BAA" use classification, and to include in an appropriate
Area District the following described parcels of land, to wit:
Lots 6 and 13, Block 55, Fisher's First
Subdivision of Alton Beach, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2 at page 77 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of November,
1962, at 1:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City .
