Resolution 10847 RESOLUTION NO. 10847
Because the architectural sculpture by Albert Vrana which
forms the exterior wall of the Miami Beach Library Auditorium
has been conceived and executed in so splendid and successful
a fashion, and
Because this product of the sculptor' s art has been so
harmoniously linked with the architectural beauty of this
building;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach
on behalf of the citizens of this city that sincere and heartfelt
thanks be tended to Mr. Vrana for this most effective use of his
great artistic gift, and his integrity in execution, which have
added lustre, grace and dignity to a building that is one of the
cultural bastions of this city.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1962 .
