Resolution 10848 RESOLUTION NO. 10848
WHEREAS, Checker Rent-A-Car Inc . was the successful bidder
for the furnishing of a limousine automobile for a term of
two years commencing January 1, 1963, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared a lease agreement
providing for the lease of the said automobile to the City
with the terms of which agreement the City Council is familiar,
and
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interests of the City
of Miami Beach to enter into the said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and in the name and behalf of the City of
Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of November, 1962 .
