Resolution 10871 RESOLUTION NO. 10871
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the existing agreement between the City
of Miami Beach and Robert Samuels be and the same is hereby
extended for an additional period of six months from its
present expiration date on the same terms and conditions as
set forth in the existing agreement except that the compen-
sation for the said extended period of six months shall be
increased by $100 .00 per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
for and in the name of the City the extension agreement
hereinabove described and prepared by the City Attorney,
and the appropriate financial and disbursing officials of
the City of Miami Beach be and they are hereby directed to
pay and disburse the sum or sums to the said Robert Samuels
as specified and set forth in said extension agreement.
