Resolution 10928 RESOLUTION NO. 10928
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 . That a fund, to be known and designated as City of Miami
Beach, APW-FLA Projects, be and the same is hereby author-
ized to be set up as a separate account to be designated as the "Construction
Account", in the Miami Beach First National Bank, a city depository, in
conformity with Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions of the Housing and
Home Finance Agency, Community Facilities Administration, Accelerated Public
Works Program.
SECTION 2. That the city officers hereinafter designated in Section 3
hereof and in the manner therein set forth, are hereby author-
ized and directed to withdraw from the City of Miami Beach Miscellaneous
Funds Account, the sum of $164,100.00 and to charge the said sum to the
$2,060,000.00 Water Supply Bond Fund Issue of September 1 , 1959, and to de-
posit the said sum of $164, 100.00 in the "Construction Account" designated
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That said funds may, until further order by resolution of this
Body, be withdrawn from time to time upon check or other order
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, signed in the name of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida by two (2) of its officers, as follows:
R. Wm. L. Johnson, as City Clerk,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
W. B. Leddy, as Deputy City Clerk,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
Raymond V. Shea, as Deputy City Clerk,
and Countersigned by:
0. M. Pushkin, as City Manager,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
J. C. Duffield, as Assistant City Manager,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
Margaret L. MacKay, as Secretary.
SECTION 4. That a certified copy hereof be delivered to the Miami Beach
First National Bank.
