Resolution 10929 RESOLUTION NO. 10929
WHEREAS Zurwelle-Whittaker, Inc. , has agreed to
perform necessary professional engineering services for
construction of various water facilities under the federal
government's Accelerated Public Works Program with the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, Project No. APW-Fla-85G, for a fee
not to exceed 5/ of the total cost of said project in accord-
ance with the Agreement between the owner and engineer, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has approved the Form of
Agreement, as above set forth, and the City Council being
familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and deeming
it to be for the best interests of the City that said Agree-
ment be executed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the said Agreement in the name of and in behalf of said City,
and the disbursing officers of the City are hereby authorized
and directed to make the expenditures required to comply with
the terms of said Agreement out of the funds of the City
available for such purpose.
