A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE CORPS
OF ENGINEERS, U. S. ARMY, FOR PERMISSION TO LAY
A 16" SUBMARINE WATER MAIN ACROSS INDIAN CREEK
WATERWAY NEAR 55th STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That 0. M. Pushkin, City Manager for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make applica-
tion to the Corps of Engineers, U. S. Army, for a permit
to lay a 16" submarine water main across Indian Creek
Waterway near 55th Street. At the west bulkhead of
Indian Creek, this submarine main will be located at a
point 22 feet north of the south line of Lot 3, Block 1A,
Beach View Subdivision, Plat Book 9, Page 158; at the
east bulkhead of Indian Creek, this submarine main will
be located at a point 22 feet south of the north line of
out lot No. 29, in amended plat of First Ocean Front
subdivision of Miami Beach Bayshore Co. , Plat Book 9,
Page 78, dated June 1, 1937.
That 0. M. Pushkin is hereby directed and author-
ized to make such application in the name of the City of
Miami Beach, or his own name as representative of said city.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1963.
