A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE APPLICATION
TO THE CORPS OF ENGINEERS, U. S. ARMY, FOR
PERMISSION TO LAY A 16" SUBMARINE WATER MAIN
ACROSS INDIAN CREEK AT FLAMINGO WATERWAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That 0. M. Pushkin, City Manager for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make applica-
tion to the Corps of Engineers, U. S. Army, for a permit
to lay a 16" submarine water main in Flamingo Waterway
and Indian Creek. The western end of this water main
would be connected to an existing submarine water main
in Flamingo Waterway near the east line of Pine Tree
Drive. The east end would be located at the east side
of Indian Creek at a point on the new bulkhead 22 feet
north of the south line of out lot No. 8 according to
amended plat of First Ocean Front Subdivision of Miami
Beach Bayshore Co. , Plat Book 9, Page 78, dated June 1,
1937.
That 0. M. Pushkin is hereby directed and author-
ized to make such application in the name of the City
of Miami Beach, or his own name as representative of
said City.
