RESOLUTION NO. 10949
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach has duly made tentative
application to the Road Department of the State of Florida for
leave to install a 6 inch water main on the west side of Collins
Avenue in the vicinity between 51st Street to 55th Street on
State Highway No. AlA, and
WHEREAS said State Road Department has evidenced its
willingness to grant said application upon condition that the same
be resubmitted in final formal form in the manner prescribed by
said Road Department, and upon the further condition that the
City of Miami Beach shall execute in the manner prescribed by said
State Road Department formal acceptance of the permit to be issued
by said Road Department pursuant to said formal application, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
been made familiar with the provisions and conditions of the forms
of application and acceptance prescribed by said Road Department
and has duly considered the same, and deems it to be in the best
interests of the City of Miami Beach and its inhabitants that the
same be duly executed as submitted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the Mayor and the Clerk of the City
of Miami Beach be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said application for, and said acceptance of, permit for,
in behalf of, and in the name of the City of Miami Beach, in the
manner prescribed by law.
