Resolution 10964 RESOLUTION NO. 10964
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that each Senator and member of the House of
Representatives from Dade County be and he is hereby urged
to exert every effort to obtain the passage of, and enactment
into law of House Bill No. 450, increasing cigarette tax from
five cents to eight cents .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that certified copies of this
Resolution be transmitted to said Senators and Representatives,
and to the Florida League of Municipalities .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1963 .
