Resolution 10965 RESOLUTION NO. 10965
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Senators and Members of the House
of Representatives from Dade County be and they are hereby
requested to exert their best endeavors to obtain the enact-
ment of House Bills No. 403 and 260 and Senate Bill No„ 103
relating to public meetings, and providing penalties for
violations thereof, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a duly certified copy of this
Resolution be transmitted to each Senator and Member of the
House of Representatives from Dade County, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1963 .
