Resolution 10977 RESOLUTION NO. 10977
WHEREAS, after due notice, bids were opened on the 7th day
of March, 1963, for the furnishing of prepared meals for the
prisoners of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, during the en-
suing year; and
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of April, 1963 , the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, determined that MARVIN J.
LANE, doing business as Royal Luncheonette, was the successful
bidder; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
between the City and the said MARVIN J. LANE, doing business
as Royal Luncheonette, which contains the terms of the speci-
fications which were the basis for said bids, the City Council
being familiar with the terms of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1963 .
