Resolution 10984 RESOLUTION NO. 10984
WHEREAS after due notice on the 26th day of April, 1963,
bids were opened for the exclusive right to install and operate
automatic, coin-operated, cold soft drink dispensing machines at
certain municipal bathing beaches and recreation facilities in the
City of Miami Beach for a period of two (2) years, ending May 31,
1965 and
WHEREAS on the 1st day of May, 1963, the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach determined that WOMETCO VENDING OF SOUTH
FLORIDA, INC. was the successful bidder, and
WHEREAS the City Attorney has prepared an Agreement
between the City and the said WOMETCO VENDING OF SOUTH FLORIDA,
INC. , which contains the terms of the specifications which were
the basis for the said bids, the City Council being familiar with
the terms of the said Agreement, and
WHEREAS it is deemed to be to the best interest of the
City of Miami Beach to execute the said Agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the said Agreement, in the name of and on behalf of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida.
