Resolution 11228 RESOLUTION NO. 11228
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 11018 (and which shall be deemed
to be incorporated herein by reference) the City of Miami Beach
agreed to a one third participation together with the County of
Dade and the City of Miami in the cost of maintaining appropriate
exhibits at the New York World' s Fair, with said cost not to
exceed the sum of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000 .00) Dollars,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
been duly advised that the said cost for said exhibits and their
maintenance has been revised with the result that the total cost
is now Three Hundred and One Thousand, Three Hundred and Thirty
($301,330 .00) Dollars, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City of Miami
Beach participate with the County of Dade and the City of Miami
equally and ratably in the said revised total cost of Three
Hundred and One Thousand, Three Hundred and Thirty ($301,330 .00)
Dollars in the same manner as set forth in said Resolution
No. 11018, and that the financial officers of the City of Miami
Beach be and they are hereby directed and authorized to make
disbursements in accordance herewith.
