Resolution 11238 RESOLUTION NO. 11238
WHEREAS the City Council cf the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that TEMPLE ISRAEL OF GREATER MIAMI
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach
Andthboncburapand Convention Hall for the purpose of High Holy Day
Services
on September 6, 7, 15, and 16, 1964
September 26, 27; October 5, 6, 1965
September 14, 15, 23 and 24, 1966
October 4, 5, 13 and 14, 1967 and
WHEREAS a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to form
by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS the City Council has been actlsed of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of the said lease
agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of the City
to authorize the execution of the said lease agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City, and
that the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
