Resolution 11246 RESOLUTION NO. 11246 WHEREAS, pursuant to the agreement with Peekskill Enterprises, Inc. and the City of Miami Beach for the pro- duction of the Jackie Gleason program in the City of Miami Beach, it is made the obligation of the City to provide suitable space for the rehearsals of the June Taylor dancers, and WHEREAS, Milton Medical Building has offered to lease certain space in this building at 1674 Meridian Avenue and to make the necessary alterations thereto for a total rental of Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty ($9, 120 .00) Dollars for the term beginning July 23, 1964 to July 22, 1965, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach deems it to be to the best interests of the City of Miami Beach that said offer be accepted, and WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate form of lease, the terms of which are familiar to the City Council, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH that the said lease be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and in the name of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and that the financial officers of the City make the disbursements required thereby.
