RESOLUTION NO. 11265
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida", so as to
place all parcels of land in the City of Miami Beach being situate
north of the northerly line of the Lincoln Road Mall, or such
parcel or parcels thereof as the City Council shall deem appro-
priate, into such suitable Height District or Height Districts,
as the same are defined and set forth in Section 16C of said
Ordinance No. 289 so that no building may be erected or constructed
on or upon such parcel or parcels of land to a height in excess
of eight (8) stories,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of October, 1964,
at 2:00 o 'clock P. M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in the Miami Beach Daily Sun, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City.
