Resolution 11280 RESOLUTION NO. 11280
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk
and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held on
August 11 , 19 64 , for the purpose of electing a Trustee of the
Miami Beach Employees Retirement System from Group 2 of the
employees of the City of Miami Beach, in accordance with the
provisions of Resolution No. 11262 , passed and adopted by
the City Council on the 15th day of July , 19 64 , and
WHEREAS , the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said
City that it hereby adopts the said Certificate as the result of
said Primary Election, and does hereby declare the member from
Group 2 elected as Trustee to the Miami Beach Employees
Retirement System to be as follows:
GROUP 2 Braxton Leddy (Elected by 83
votes out of 109
cast, being a clear
majority at the PrimIry
