Resolution 11281 RESOLUTION NO. 11281
WHEREAS, pursuant to public notice calling for sealed
proposals for the exclusive right to operate a food and
beverage, pro-shop and golf instruction concession; driving
range; and the hand and motor cart concession at Normandy
Shores Golf Course, said proposals have been duly received,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has duly found and determined that the acceptance of the
proposal of Ben Seidler and Doris Seidler is for the best
interests of the City and its residents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said
proposal is hereby accepted and the City Attorney be and
he is hereby directed to prepare an appropriate agreement
setting forth the specifications governing the conduct and
operation of said concession, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City.

1964.
